Exciting news!! As some of you may already know, about six weeks ago we added to our NEK'D family. I would like to officially announce (drumroll please) Sonny Sanville as manager of our daily operations!! Sonny brings with him extensive experience in administrative work and team managment. We've been dealing diligently with the phone company over that time to get a new landline to better serve you as well. Don't worry the old cell phone number will remain in effect, but incoming calls will forward to the landline to assure every call is answered! As many of you who know me, know, I started this company to bring our community another highly experienced and honest option for plumbing and heating work. Some of you may not know this, but I am a 3rd generation plumber and carry my family name with great pride. I have recently been under attack by a customer, and he is currently attempting to drag my name and over 40 year reputation through the mud. This customer is a federal officer, he seems to think that honor is a badge to be worn. He came after an honorable person and he didn't like that I didn't crumble to his ludicrous threats. Honor is a way of life, and I live and breathe that life. I gave him my word that I would look into his billing concerns and get back to him and that is where it still was when he filed his false charges. He has chosen to continue to deny facts, and attack me at every turn, and has apparently filed fraud charges against me. I just want to get out ahead of his false allegations and bring this to light before you hear or see this and are wondering what is going on. I have posted the entire email conversation in the comments of the illegitimate review he made on our page. He has started leaving leaving bad reviews hurting our perfect rating with outright lies. He continues to exemplify everything that is wrong with today's society. The email conversation clearly shows what I am saying here. I have stayed professional with him, and he just refuses to accept facts, attacking my core beliefs and calling me a liar repeatedly. He hired us from out of area, and now I see why. It was made clear at our first meeting, in front of witnesses, that he would be paying us for traveling to and from his home. He wants to only pay for his estimated on-site hours, claiming that the rest is fraud. As everyone knows, it is common practice to pay for contractors to pickup, purchase, and deliver said parts and materials to the project. It is also common practice to pay contractors for removal and hauling away trash and demolition debris from there site. Especially when it is agreed upon between the interested parties. I don't know a single company that pays their employees to perform these tasks without getting paid for it. Nor would they be in business very long. Unfortunately I don't have patience for people like this. He may or may not be a smart person, but his behavior on this matter is definitely idiotic and illegal. Thank you all for reading this far, and especially thank you all for your continued support, referrals, and kind words. Without all of you, I wouldn't even be doing this.
