Eichenauer, NH manufacturing facility is currently seeking an Assembly Lead 2nd Shift). This is a leadership role with required hands-on duties.
Overview:
• The successful candidate should have at least two years’ experience as a maintenance mechanic or production lead person in a modern high production environment.
• Candidate must have some knowledge of repair of pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, and actuators; proximity and position sensors of all types are included.
Responsibilities:
• Must learn the operation of a computerized semi-automated robotic custom built production line
• Will perform machine maintenance; will disassemble and repair machinery when required
• Will assist in the supervisor of a team of more than a dozen entry-level assemblers and machine operators.
• Will perform machine-part and component replacement
Requirements:
• Must be reliable and able to work in a very fast paced environment
• Must have strong mechanical aptitude
Leadership skills are necessary as this person assists in the supervision of a production team in addition to mechanical duties

Overtime eligible after 40 hrs.

2nd Shift: 3:30 pm - 1:00 am
3rd Shift: 10:00 pm - 6:00 am

This is an entry-level position and the client is willing to train the right individuals. There is an hourly production bonus paid on top of the base wage.

Overview:
• Perform a wide variety of mechanical assembly tasks.
• Perform the assembly of heating elements.
• Sand blasting, tube bending, hydraulic press operations, packaging, and inspection.
Requirements:
• Flexible and able to pick up on new job tasks.
• Some manufacturing, factory, or assembly experience is beneficial but NOT required.
• Will train the right applicants.

1st Shift starts at $15/hour.

2nd Shift starts at $16.50

3rd shift starts at $18.00

• Need mechanically inclined candidates with lots of patience, they tend to do best on these machines which can be sensitive and finicky.
• Mechanical ability and some manufacturing experience would be beneficial
