Plymouth Engineering, Inc., a full-service engineering firm located in central Maine, has an immediate opening for a full time Civil/Site Engineer. The ideal candidate will have 5-15 years’ experience in planning, design development, design and permitting of municipal infrastructure, residential development and commercial development projects. A BS in Civil Engineering and a PE license is required.
Duties will include, dependent on experience, client interaction, project management, site/civil design, preparation of permitting documents, storm water management design, project bidding document preparation, and assistance to other project managers with project engineering tasks. This individual will need to be self-motivated and willing to learn and grow in ability including code interpretation and certification.
Proficiency with Windows Explorer, Excel, Word, Outlook and Autocad (or similar programs) is a must.
