The Incubator Kitchen Collective was started in 2013 with a mission to help people start their small food business dreams.

The Incubator Kitchen Collective is Greater Cincinnati's hub for food ideas and a leading partner in the drive toward a vibrant and viable regional food economy. By providing an affordable, comprehensive entrepreneurial environment, we create a success framework for food start-ups. This platform allows entrepreneurs to take the risk to get started or grow bigger. We currently have 2 locations:
The Incubator - Newport, KY
The Hatchery - Newport, KY

What a night!

Last night’s Cincinnati Magazine Great Bake-Off was a sweet celebration of incredible talent, creativity, and community!

We were so honored to have the IKC serve as the nonprofit partner for this special event. Opportunities like this help shine a light on the amazing food entrepreneurs in our community and the importance of creating space for small businesses to grow, thrive, and succeed.

A huge thank-you to Cincinnati Magazine, everyone who made the evening possible, and everyone who came out to support the local food community. We’re grateful to be part of a community that believes in the power of food to bring people together!

BLINK nights are even better with delicious local food!

Last night, IKC member Omusubi was out at Findlay Market, bringing their delicious Japanese rice balls to the crowds enjoying the sights, sounds, and magic of BLINK Cincinnati!

We love seeing our members out in the community, sharing their incredible creations and being part of the experiences that make Cincinnati so special.

Here’s to local food, local entrepreneurs, and a city that shines a little brighter when we come together!

Tableful is stocked and ready at Union Hall!

Whether you’re grabbing lunch between meetings or need something delicious to power you through the afternoon, Tableful has you covered. From their Chicken Salad Croissant to the seasonal Fall Kale Crunch Salad (plus grilled chicken to add on!), there’s something waiting in the cooler for you.

Love seeing folks who have incubated from the Incubator Kitchen Collective out in the community!

The Pickled Pig got its start right here at Incubator Kitchen Collective, and now you can spot their handcrafted Cincinnati-made pickles out and about, including at New Riff Distilling.

From incubating in the kitchen to landing on shelves across our community, this is exactly what it’s all about: giving local food entrepreneurs the space, resources, and support to grow.

IKC out in the community!

We loved seeing Cincy Sips behind the bar at A Grateful Plate, shaking, stirring, and pouring cocktails to pair with an incredible evening of local food and talent.

One of our favorite things is seeing members of our food and beverage community doing what they do best, bringing people together around something delicious.
