Park Thanksgiving Luncheon This year’s Thanksgiving lunch was more than just a meal - it was a celebration of gratitude and Park family. Employees gathered in the plant to enjoy a delicious turkey lunch, complete with all the trimmings. The room was filled with laughter, conversation, and the unmistakable spirit of togetherness that makes Park special. After lunch, the spotlight turned to our Park History game, where employees tested their knowledge of our company’s legacy, and the results were impressive:
• 1st Place: Steve Vicenzi impressed everyone by answering all 10 questions correctly - a perfect score!
• 2nd Place: Shana Slifer earned her spot after a tiebreaker draw among seven employees who scored nine correct answers.
• 3rd Place: Jennifer Vicenzi, also from the tie group.
And let’s not forget the eight employees who tied with 8 correct answers - proof that Park history is alive and well among our people.
The afternoon also gave employees a chance to reflect on what they’re thankful for. Responses ranged from practical to heartfelt: gratitude for weekly checks that provide stability, appreciation for Park’s ability to welcome prior employees back, and that those employees want to return, thankfulness that Park did not layoff any employees during covid, and the opportunities that Park brings to its Park people. Each thankful shared reminded us that Park is more than a workplace - it’s a community built on trust, opportunity, and belonging.
It was truly a day to remember: good food, great fun, and meaningful moments of gratitude. Events like this remind us that Park’s strength lies not only in its history and strategy, but in the people who bring them to life every day.
