Early stages of a two-home fire restoration project in West Chester. One home required full reframing of the 2nd floor, 3rd floor, and roof, while the neighboring unit had no structural damage. In the neighboring home, we completed a full gut, thorough cleanup, and alcohol-based shellac sealing to encapsulate any remaining smoke odor. Now we’re gearing up for full interior and exterior rebuilds. Grateful for the trust and ready to bring these homes back to life.
