If the building you purchased was built before 1980 you are required by law to have an asbestos survey done on the property before you are able to renovate or demolish any existing structures within or on the exterior of the building that may disturb asbestos containing materials.

Drywall, joint compound, linoleum floors, tile floors, ventilation wrap, plumbing insulation, roofing, roof flashing, siding, are all common culprits..

Well I am proud to announce that we will now be offering the ability to do asbestos inspection surveys. As well as the remediation work!!
