What started as a “simple wood rot repair” from an inspection quickly turned into a full window wall rebuild. 🏚️➡️🏡

Once opened up, we found extensive rot and termite damage caused by improper sealing and flashing. This is exactly why quick patch jobs don’t fix the real problem.

Make sure you hire real professionals who are going to fix the issue—not just cover it up to satisfy an inspection report. ⚠️

Luckily, this one got handled the right way. We removed all damaged material and rebuilt it properly from the inside out so it won’t be an issue again. 🔨
