Got to finish up some speakers and internet yesterday. The person who installed the tongue in groove ceiling absolutely butchered the original hole but we were able to get some larger speakers, I widened the hole into an actual circle and now they look and sound great! This house had 6 wired Sonos speakers inside, 4 wired outdoor speakers in the porch ceiling, 3 Sonos amps, and an in wall volume control for one zone. We also did ten hard wired internet connections, mostly to TVs, and added a flood light for them over their basketball goal. The only thing I have left to do at this house is hang the TVs and it'll be on to the next one. ✌️

Added a bath fan/light to get some much needed ventilation in this bathroom. Changed their plug to a proper GFI, put the fan on a timer, and threw a new rocker switch on the lights.

I was lucky enough to get to help the Carter's completely transform the main areas of their new home this past weekend. They still have some drywall work to do and new furniture coming in, but we were both thrilled with how it came out.

🔌 Put all new plugs and switches through the living room, kitchen, hallway and baths.
💡 Added 13 new recessed lights - 6 inch in the main areas and 4.25 inch in the hallway.
💡 Can-less retrofit with a toggle to choose between 2700/3000/4000/5000/6000K.
⚡ Added a second switch location for living room lighting, complete with dimmer.
💡 Added a switch and prepped for future pendant lights over kitchen island.
💡 Upgraded front porch coach light.
🔌 Hung TV mount and added new plug above.

I can not wait to see this home again in a few weeks. It's amazing what proper lighting can do for a space. Thanks again to the Carter's for giving me the opportunity to do the job and for having plenty of nice pups to keep my company while I worked.
