Rex is by far the most reliable person to work with! He was efficient, honest, patient, and an advocate for me. I’m a KY native now living in CA with a rental property (1st time landlord) in Lexington. I had a whole water fiasco that turned into a bigger project than I wanted. He spoke up for me, protected me, protected my tenants (they have an infant so health was extremely important in this matter), explained things in ways I could understand clearly without being annoyed with my wanting to learn as the process went, did 3 way calls vouching for me with my insurance, didn’t allow other maintenance workers to take advantage of me and let them know directly if he saw they were trying it (not on his watch, they weren’t!)—you name it! The finished work was amazing, top notch service, done as timely as all the crazy moving parts allowed, and he never once lost his cool. He was patient, kind, gentle, forthcoming… it truly brought me to tears having someone cover me like he did from all the way across the country. He didn’t treat me like a client. He spoke up for me like a big brother. THAT’S the type of service we need these days. People who see you as a human in need, not as a paycheck they will be getting. Fair pricing, as well, for his work. I’ve never been more satisfied and so grateful for a maintenance worker. He’s my go-to guy now!! If you book him, tell him Candace’s review sent you to him.
