⭐️🏠Project Spotlight: Grayson Village | Leitchfield, Kentucky

Grayson Village is one of REB’s early completed modular housing projects, featuring a mix of 2-Bedroom and 3-bedroom units designed with comfortable, functional living in mind.

In collaboration with Volumod LLC, an Indianapolis-based volumetric modular construction company, this project features an approach to multifamily housing that combines thoughtful architectural design with factory-built construction. Volumod’s controlled indoor manufacturing process allows construction to take place year-round.

We’re proud to highlight this project and our collaboration with Volumod in bringing modular housing to Leitchfield, Kentucky!

We recently hosted a Lunch & Learn focused on ceramic tile installation, covering everything from surface preparation and crack isolation to installation systems, mortars, and grouts.

It was a great opportunity to learn more about current tile technologies, proper substrate preparation, and material selections that can contribute to healthier, more sustainable spaces.

This month, we met over lunch with the CWC and Volumod teams to discuss our current three-story modular projects in design, review updates, and coordinate on ongoing work.

From design and planning through construction, continued communication and collaboration between our teams are key to keeping these projects on track and bringing our designs to life!

⭐️🏠Project Spotlight: Woodland Heights | Hopkinsville, Kentucky

REB Architects provided design services and construction administration for this KHC project, with renovations focused on enhancing accessibility, modernizing building systems, and improving the property's overall functionality.

The renovation included items such as:
- Accessibility improvements throughout the site
- Updated HVAC systems with modern mini-splits
- Upgraded electrical service
- New plumbing fixtures throughout the units

Woodland Heights also offers a variety of amenities for residents, including playgrounds, a community room, picnic area, and laundry facilities.

We were excited to attend the Woodland Heights ribbon cutting and celebrate this milestone with the project team and the Hopkinsville community. With the renovation complete, tenants have begun moving into their newly improved homes!

Thank you to Allied Argenta, the project’s developer, and Hayes Gibson Property Services, the property management company, for their partnership throughout the project. We’re proud to have been part of this renovation and to see Woodland Heights continue to serve the Hopkinsville community!
