📍 Location: Weatherford, OK (Future Remote/Hybrid Potential)
💼 Full-Time | \$50,000–\$75,000/year + full benefits
Are you a numbers-driven, detail-oriented professional who enjoys turning data into strategic insight? CP Energy Services is looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Finance, Planning & Analysis (FP\&A) team!
In this role, you’ll work directly with senior leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic modeling that drives real impact across our business.
🔍 What We’re Looking For:
✔ Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field
✔ 1+ year of experience in FP\&A, financial modeling, or corporate finance
✔ Strong Excel skills (Power BI experience a plus!)
✔ Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset
💼 What You’ll Do:
• Support budgeting and forecasting with department leaders
• Deliver actionable financial insights across districts
• Build dashboards and models to guide executive decisions
• Drive process improvements and ensure data accuracy
