Little pressure wash Job that turned into doing a deck and the house half way down with the back patio concrete wash turned out very nice for never being washed since house was built I have the best chemical secret for these tough jobs going to fix the concrete and paint with sealer when done..And shout out to Kimo Sprayers my 20 v electric sprayer works amazing no pumping just fill and spray covers large areas in half the time as pump sprayers I love it...

Before during and Afters of decent size job I'm finishing up.. Pressure washed brick then sealed corner where it was leaking with spray on flex seal rubber and then 2 coats of dry lok sealer then toar out old insulation with mildew and mold on it replaced with new mold and mildew resistant drywall seam taped finished and then painted with 2 coats of drylok to avoid further moisture damage and mildew or mold problems also fixed garage door opener with new parts..
