Please join us in welcoming Jennifer Hall to NCP Coatings as our new Accounts Receivable Specialist.

Jennifer brings more than 15 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, and financial operations, along with a strong attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.

In her role, she will support customer invoicing, account reconciliations, collections, and payment processing while working closely with our Shipping, Sales, and Customer Service teams to help keep our operations running smoothly.

We’re excited to have Jennifer on board and look forward to the experience, professionalism, and positive energy she brings to the team.

Last week, we welcomed some of our distributor partners to NCP Coatings for an action-packed day of hands-on training.

The group spent time learning about our product lines, key applications, and the technologies behind our coatings. They also stepped into the spray booth to apply some of our most popular products and see firsthand how they perform.

There’s nothing like spraying a product yourself to understand its application characteristics, appearance, and overall performance. That hands-on experience gives our distributor partners the confidence to recommend the right solutions and better support their customers.

Heading into the holiday weekend, our leadership team hosted a cookout to thank the team for all of their hard work and dedication.

We had a great few days at the Michigan Defense Expo last week.

A big thank you to everyone who stopped by to connect with the NCP Coatings team. We had a lot of valuable conversations around supply reliability, coating performance, corrosion protection, and keeping defense programs moving in demanding environments.

Events like this are a great reminder of how important strong partnerships, responsive support, and dependable suppliers are across the defense industry.
