As we continue to grow and look toward the future, we are evolving our leadership structure to create greater focus across the business and position NCP for the opportunities ahead.
We’re proud to share that Lacey Meer has been named President of NCP Coatings.
Lacey most recently served as Chief Commercial & Innovation Officer, where she played an important role in shaping our growth strategy, strengthening our customer-focused approach and driving greater alignment across the organization. As President, she now leads the day-to-day business across our commercial, technical, operations, supply chain and human resources teams.
Doug Mattscheck continues to serve as CEO, engaged in leading NCP while expanding his focus on long-term strategy, acquisitions, partnerships and future growth opportunities.
This leadership evolution reflects our commitment to building a stronger, more scalable organization while remaining focused on what has always mattered most: our customers, our people, innovation, and continuous improvement.
