Danessa Construction worked as a subcontractor under Massaro Construction Group at the new Mercy Health Lifepoint Rehabilitation Hospital located in Youngstown, Ohio. Danessa's scope of work consisted of exterior metal framing, exterior DensElement sheathing, insulation, interior framing, gypsum board assemblies, Acoustical Ceiling System, Doors, Frames, & Hardware, Finish Carpentry, Cabinets, Countertops, Wall Protection Crash/Bumper Rails/Paneling, Corner Guards, and various other finish carpentry items. This 65,000sf facility was completed in 12 months. Can't say enough about Danessa's on-site crew for their dedication in completing this project on-time for the best interest of the Owner and GC. Many hours were accounted for, which involved many 40+ hour weeks by all the trades. Congratulations to all the trades and parties involved in making this project achievable for Mercy Health. On to phase two!
