Our Story

We began building storm shelters in 2011 shortly after the Joplin tornado. We saw a serious lack of quality control in an ever-growing industry that has no room for failure. While there were a few established companies in the Midwest that were building good shelters, there were also several inferior companies popping up like weeds. We took our wealth of experience and knowledge in the metal fabrication industry and focused on building the strongest storm shelter on the market, with an emphasis on utility. Being the best does not necessarily mean being the most expensive. We are the manufacturer, meaning there are no middle men and the savings are passed on to the customer. We guarantee to beat any regular priced shelter from any of our competitors. With 9,000+ shelters fabricated to date and a pace of 40 shelters per month, we are fast approaching our goal of 100,000 people protected! Will you be the 100,000th person?
