Here’s a couple before and after pics of a garage floor we finished. The customer wanted a solution to fix the blotchy color. We ground off the top layer of the concrete surface, along with all the curing agent, and applied two coats of light gray moisture cured aliphatic urethane. We mixed in an aluminum oxide high wear additive that helps give it some traction and makes it more durable and gives it a matte finish. This a great option for a professional floor system that is more budget friendly than a polyaspartic decorative flake system and the color options are endless.

Here’s a commercial office space that we recently polished up to a 1500 grit. The lines are called ghosting and are permanent, caused from the previous tile flooring. The new tenants worked with their designer to incorporate the ghosting texture into the new off design and decor.

Another wonderful customer! We insulated and installed drywall followed by installing polyaspartic flake floors in their garage and back yard patio. We also power washed and sealed the driveway, porch, walkway, and patio. For added peace of mind our flaked floors always include a moisture v***r barrier (MVB). It provides a thicker, more durable floor and is something that cannot be incorporated into a “1-Day” floor system. Our system takes 2 days to install and is definitely worth it when considering the added quality and long term benefits.
