This month, we’re celebrating 4 years with Heidi, our Office & Safety Administrator—and one of those people who quietly keeps a whole lot of things at TMG moving in the right direction.
She keeps our safety education and audit programs on track, takes care of the never-ending needs of our office and facilities, and makes sure new employees have everything they need to get started. In fact, for many people who join TMG, Heidi is one of the very first people they meet—and the smiling face that makes that first day feel a little more welcoming.
There are so many things Heidi takes care of behind the scenes that most of us probably don’t even realize need to be taken care of—and that’s part of what makes her so valuable to our team.
Heidi, thank you for four years of taking care of the details, taking care of our people, and helping take care of TMG. We’re lucky to have you. Happy Anniversary! ❤️🎉
