From a bare concrete slab to a finished outdoor pavilion.

We coordinated the concrete work, built the steel structure, and completed the roofing, siding, trim, and finishes to bring this project together.

Our goal was to create a covered outdoor gathering space that matched the existing shop and looked like it belonged there.

This was our second project for this customer, and we truly appreciate the opportunity to work with them again.

This custom 3 bed / 3 bath lake home was built on a heavy-duty steel frame with I-beams and stands approximately 37’ from ground to peak. From the structural steel, exterior metal, wraparound deck, stairs, railings, roof system, and interior finish-out — this project shows the kind of work our team is capable of when the details matter.

This home was due.

The old shingle roof had taken some storm damage and was reaching the end of its life — something we’re seeing a lot of lately around Nocona and Saint Jo after these recent storms.

We upgraded it to a Class 4 impact-resistant metal roofing system built to handle North Texas weather and last for years to come.

Big thank you to this customer for trusting us again — this is the third project we’ve completed for them. And proud of our crew for bringing this one together.

This roof had storm damage and was at the end of its useful life — so we replaced it with a new metal roofing system built to last.

We also installed a new full wrap-around porch roof, which really cleaned up the look and tied everything together.

Big thanks to the homeowners for trusting us again — this is the second major project we’ve done for them and we truly appreciate it. And shoutout to our crew for putting in the work and bringing it all together.

If your roof has been through a few storms or is starting to show its age, it might be time to look at your options.

This one had wind and hail damage and had been leaking for a while. Once we opened it up, we found it wasn’t built for the way the structure was framed — which is where the problems were coming from.

We tore it off and replaced it with a metal roofing system designed for that type of structure, then sealed everything the right way — including butyl on the laps and bending the pans up at the ridge to keep water out.

Clean look, built to last, and one less thing to worry about when the next storm rolls through.

We got it lined out and are replacing the roof the right way — full tear-off down to the substrate and upgrading to a Class 4 metal roofing system built to handle North Texas weather.
