With a new month ahead of us, it’s exciting to see projects like Flora + Fauna with W.E. O’Neil start to wrap up. One building is already turned over and occupied, while the other is nearly complete. This Banker’s Hill development is beautifully designed with 185 units.

Our Sierra West Finish team installed doors, hardware, trim, community mailboxes and other Division 8 and 10 materials throughout the two buildings.

Before the doors are hung, the hardware is installed and the details come together, most of our job sites look and sound like this one we’re working on for Consolidated Contracting (75 units in Los Angeles, CA).

It takes a team to build this - even the less glamorous details of home building like closets, doors and bathroom accessories.

We’re proud of our crew’s progress at Hope St. Apartments by Wermers Properties in Carlsbad Village.

Doors and hardware are moving along and shelving is nearly complete throughout this market rate housing development that 159 families soon will be calling their home.

Sierra West Finish has been selected as a subcontractor on JPI’s Class A ground-up multifamily project located in Murrieta, CA called Jefferson Whitewood.

SWF will provide and install Division 8 & 10 materials throughout this 322-unit development. Our Field Supervisor, Todd, recently checked out the progress on-site and provided these photos.
