In 1953, Jordan & Skala began as a mechanical engineering firm, shaped by the experience of a founder whose early career centered on steam engineering and repairing ships damaged during World War II. That work helped form the engineer he became, the firm he would go on to build, and a way of approaching the work that still carries through our culture today.

More than 70 years later, we are a national team providing MEP Engineering, Low Voltage Design, and Sustainability Services. Our capabilities have expanded, our teams have evolved, and the projects we support have become more connected.

A little adventure, a lot of teamwork, and memories made! 🚣

Our Atlanta Wellness Committee brought the team together for a white-water rafting trip along the middle section of the Ocoee River. With Rolling Thunder River Company leading the way, our team tackled the rapids and shared plenty of laughs. From navigating the water to cheering each other on, it was a memorable day outside the office.

A big thank you to our guides for the incredible experience and to our Wellness Committee for putting together such a great outing.
