Currently the lake is up around 1'8" above normal winter pool, please be sure to check on your docks, etc. to make sure that they are still secure with this higher than normal lake level.

TAKE ACTION!!
You all overwhelmingly stood up and spoke out last holiday season and the Bonner Planning Commission listened. Priest Lake NEEDS you to do it again this holiday season!
Please, please, please take the time to call, email, write the Bonner County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) and let them know you are OPPOSED to ANY higher development densities around our sensitive shorelines and to please keep the current Land Use Designations (LUD) around Priest Lake as they are.
The BOCC are recommending re-designating Priest Lake shorelines (and other shorelines in Bonner County) to a NEW land use designation titled “Recreational Community” that will allow for “higher” (this term yet to be defined) development densities and new commercial uses around our very sensitive shorelines.
Allowing “higher” development densities and focusing growth on sensitive shorelines will BE THE END OF A BLUE PRIEST LAKE. It is our duty and obligation to protect this very special place for future generations!
