We are proud our Ladybug Concrete Specialties team has begun work alongside Crofton Construction on a Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) project involving specialized demolition of the 74-year-old Seacock Chapel Road Bridge on Route 614 over Seacock Swamp in Zuni, VA, just Northwest of Suffolk.
As part of the demolition process, our team is providing specialized concrete cutting, core drilling, and sawing services to carefully break down and prepare the bridge's heavy concrete slabs for removal. Working in coordination with Crofton Construction, their crane operations allow the concrete slabs to be lifted and removed efficiently, creating a controlled and precise demolition process.
Projects like this highlight the specialized skills, equipment, and teamwork required to successfully complete complex concrete demolition work. We are proud of our Ladybug Concrete Specialties crew for their dedication and craftsmanship, as well as our continued partnership with Crofton Construction as we work together to support the delivery of safer, improved infrastructure for the community.
