Started February 24, 2025 working on foundations for a new Honda dealership located in Goochland County, just outside of Short Pump. Some weather delays pushed our start, but we’ve been making considerable progress in just under 2 weeks. Expect to be 100% complete with foundations by mid March.

We partnered with Oros Concrete, LLC and Concrete by Tomas, LLC to complete this renovation project. An existing building was remodeled and converted to a new Planet Fitness, so where concrete was demoed out, we infilled the concrete and reinforced it with wire mesh and dowels. Another area that had a rough surface required an overlay, where we mixed, placed and finished a self leveling material to make the surface smoother. This is what happens beneath the floorings, such as tile, carpet, or VCT. It’s necessary to have a solid surface for the floorings to be applied.
