Perioperative Beta-blocker and Statin use in Patients with Undergoing
In patients that undergo Orthotopic Liver Transplantation (OLT), the presence of Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) is associated with worse short- and long-term outcomes. With reported 3-year mortality rates up to 50%, recent efforts have focused on ways to reduce perioperative cardiovascular risk in this population.
