TEC’s Nathan Becknell will be speaking at the MOVITE YP Next Gen Lunch & Learn Series on Wednesday, September 2! This new virtual series brings together students, young professionals, and experienced transportation practitioners from across the MOVITE district to share research, exchange ideas, and build connections within the transportation community.

The inaugural session will feature three MOVITE members sharing both technical and career-focused perspectives:

🔹 Pratik Sapkota will present his graduate research on using connected vehicle data for real-time work zone queue warnings.

🔹 Alexandra Huddleston will share experiences and lessons learned as a young transportation engineer.

🔹 Nathan Becknell will round out the conversation with insights on career growth, professional development, and the path to professional licensure.
