So we pulled out some carpet because the client wanted to put in laminate floor and discovered this beautiful hardwood hiding underneath. It was decided to refinish the hardwood. Came out beautifully with the semigloss hardwood floor finish.

Started this fence today out of state. Will post more pics when it's finished. Have three gates to build for it. The fun part is getting the pre-fab panels to line up perfectly. No sweat. Going to be a couple more weekends of work here to get everything dialed in.

Retub and retile. Old house only has a 58" rough in for a tub. Have to move the wall and plumbing back 2 inches to get new 60" tub in and fix the out of plumb studs. Will have more later when it's done.

Rooftop deck we just rebuilt. All new framing, vinyl decking and waterproofing done.
