Looking for someone with strong field experience to lead concrete crews and keep projects moving safely and efficiently.

What we need:
• Experience scheduling and managing concrete crews
• Knowledge of concrete specs and placement practices
• Experience working with Ready-Mix plants
• Laborers Union background preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Now Hiring: Asphalt Plant Quality Control

We’re looking for a Quality Control Technician to help keep our asphalt running smooth and up to spec.

What You’ll Do:
• Test asphalt and raw materials every day.
• Keep accurate records of test results.
• Watch production to make sure it meets specifications.
• Work with asphalt plant operators to fix any material issues.
• Maintain lab equipment and tools.

What You Need:
• Some experience with construction materials (asphalt, concrete, or aggregates) is helpful.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Able to work outdoors and in a plant environment.
• Driver’s license.
