We are far more than the basic 3D printing company that just offers PLA or ABS plastic prints on 8” by 8” platforms. We not only provide precision PLA prints on that size but we have a machine that can print 16” by 14” and another machine that can print up to a 40” cube! As far as plastics go, we have experience with the common PLA and ABS material but also with TPE, TPU (rubber like material), Carbon Fiber, High-Density Polyethylene, Nylon, and Neon PLA. We even have a precision SLA printer to make high quality resin prints.

Other than 3D printing, we are a company that helps you get your ideas and “napkin sketches” into three-dimensional computer drawings. We design your prototypes with manufacturability in mind. Not everything that can be printed can be easily manufactured so we work closely with our sister companies that offer years of experience in industry rotational and injection molding.

Beyond plastics, Medal Technologies has the capability to help design and prototype for printed circuit boards or any other small electronics. We have experience designing schematics, PCB layouts and assembling low level prototypes for functioning prototypes. Bringing those Arduino or microcontroller based projects to a level ready for big time PCB manufacturers to produce a product. Lastly to sweeten the pot, we even have a small scale 5-axis machine ready to mill out wood, wax, plastics, or metals.
