A big shout out to our Colorado based Spring Creek Bridges Team! We are excited to announce that a major milestone was met this week by setting the superstructure prestressed concrete girders using a 1000 ton hydraulic crane on both bridges is complete. Despite the challenge of extensive planning for these heavy picks, this very remote site is completely off the grid, adding an extra layer of complexity to ensure the team could complete the work to the highest standards of safety and quality. The US Forest Service contracted our team to perform this task. When your project can't afford to fail, you can count on Tribal 1 to complete the mission!

Tribal 1 and our trade partners have conquered the remote and snowpacked backcountry to get an early start of the geotechnical drilling stage in order to design the foundations for the replacement of 2 National Forest bridges in the Gunnison National Forest. We love these types of challenging projects!

🏆 ***T1-MW kickoff Joint-Venture with $3.2M Rocky Flats National Wildlife Refuge Award*** 🏆

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
DENVER, CO – T1-MW, an SBA 8(a) Mentor Protege Joint Venture between Tribal One and Millstone Weber, LLC, secure $3.2M contract from the Federal Highway Administration to enhance access to Colorado’s Rocky Flats National Wildlife Refuge.

This Department of Transportation contract includes the construction of pedestrian bridges, underpasses, and trail upgrades to improve access to the National Wildlife Refuge.

The project involves five phases, including preconstruction, procurement, roadway work, and the installation of 3 new bridges. Coordination across various governing bodies, including Rocky Flats National Park, Jefferson County, Broomfield County, and Colorado Department of Transportation coupled with working through winter conditions require top-notch project management and cross-collaboration.

With years of collective experience successfully executing complex construction projects, T1-MW is committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance. This contract is scheduled to mobilize summer of 2024 and wrap up spring of 2025.

🏆 ***GSA Announces Intent to Award Phase II Contract for LPOE Pacific Highway Lane Expansion Upgrade to Tribal One-RJS Joint Venture (T1-RJS Joint Venture, LLC)*** 🏆

The General Services Administration (GSA), Region 10, has officially announced that the design-build project for significant upgrades and a lane expansion to the Land Port of Entry on the Pacific Highway has been set aside for Tribal One-RJS Joint Venture (T1-RJS Joint Venture, LLC) utilizing the Small Business Administration’s 8(a) program.

Funded by the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) and Infrastructure Reduction Act (IRA) this project, located in Blaine, WA, aims to enhance critical border facilities between the US and Canada. It involves comprehensive design, construction, and commissioning services, adhering to General Services Administration Design Excellence standards and sustainability requirements. The expansion encompasses new lanes, booths, and enhanced inspection areas, resulting in more streamlined processing while enhancing border security for both Nations.

The JV is proud to be partnering with Cushing Terrell, bringing decades of design expertise and complementing our own skill-sets. Our team is poised to deliver outstanding results on this crucial national infrastructure project, prioritizing quality and innovation throughout.
