Siding Job Update – North Side

The north side of our siding job is complete with rot repair and prep done, and we’re just about a week or two away from receiving the windows. Things are moving along, and we can’t wait to keep the project rolling!

Siding Update: Rot Repair & Prep Work

The south side is now fully dried in with new subsiding installed! As we continue around the house, we're tackling any rot we find—an essential step to ensure the longevity of the project. Rot repair is a crucial part of siding prep, making sure the structure is solid before new materials go up.

While we wait for the windows (which take about 4-6 weeks to arrive), this gives us the opportunity to focus on these necessary repairs and keep progress moving forward.

Siding Job Underway!

We kicked off this project by tackling the south side first, anticipating the worst damage—and we were right. Significant rot was found in the exterior wall and door framing. After a day and a half of repairs, the structure is solid again and prepped for new subsiding.

New Siding Project Signed & Ready to Start!

After inspecting the home, we found moderate rot around the perimeter, aging aluminum windows, and multiple areas needing repair. The homeowner has signed on for a full exterior remodel, including brand-new vinyl windows and Hardie lap siding, trim, and shake accents in the gable end for a fresh, long-lasting finish.

Gold Beach Garage Update!

Footings have passed inspection and are now poured! Next up is block installation, followed by framing and finishing. Once the walls are up, we’ll be able to complete the decks and finally wrap up this long-awaited project. Big progress ahead—stay tuned!

Bandon Garage Update!

The block work is complete, and the walls are framed up on our latest garage project! This marks our third garage build in Bandon in just the past few months. Despite the weather, our crew is making solid progress—stay tuned for more updates as we keep pushing forward!
