This project was a beast. Full system design, tons of fabrication, and installation. Biggest project yet. Fully hydraulically controlled blower system and it’s rock solid. The design parameter was make it with as little electronics as possible. I’ve got one solenoid in the system. This machine is one of a kind!

It’s been a busy month back at it! Brought a dead 250ton press back to life with a custom control breakout box and a hydraulic control circuit. The press’s PLC died and is obsolete. Further, there’s no schematics and no one really knew which valves have to operate to make the press work properly. My breakout box allowed me to control the press and come up with an order of operations for how the machine should work. Now that it can make money again, I’ll be doing a new PLC and the breakout box will move to the next problem press.
