The summer is off to a great start with our 2026 intern class and Project Engineers!

Recently, the group gathered for a tour of the new Low Tide Brewing location on Johns Island, led by one of their peers. The tour highlighted the construction progress made to date and provided a look at what’s still to come as the project continues to take shape. The afternoon also offered a behind-the-scenes look at the brewing process, along with insights into Low Tide’s growth and success over the years.

We’re excited to spend the summer learning, growing, and making memories together. A big thank you to the team for their hospitality and for sharing their story with us!

We recently hosted .of.construction for a hard hat tour of the Cristo Rey High School site in North Charleston. Once a historic campus that faced years of vacancy and damage, this landmark is now being carefully restored to create new educational opportunities for the community.

As we close out Construction Safety Week, we’re reminded that safety goes far beyond procedures. It’s about people and how we work together every day.

Construction takes long hours, coordination, and a strong commitment from every role across the team. From our administrative staff keeping processes moving, to our project managers driving progress, to our superintendents leading in the field, each piece matters. At Trident Construction, Team Build isn’t just something we say, it’s how we operate.

This week has reinforced the importance of working together, staying accountable, and following the processes that keep our teams, trade partners and jobsites running safely and efficiently.

As we move forward, we continue to look out for one another, take pride in our roles, and carry these safety principles with us on every project. Safety Week may be ending, but our commitment to each other continues, on every jobsite, every day.
