We recently celebrated an exciting milestone alongside our longtime partners at Charleston Southern University, the opening of Magnolia Hall!

Trident Construction was proud to help build this 52,000 square foot, three story residence hall, which will provide suite-style living for over 200 students. Amenities include community and study spaces, a fitness center, community kitchen, laundry facility and The Galley at Magnolia.

More than a building, Magnolia Hall is an investment in the student experience and CSU’s future, a place where Buccaneers will pursue their education, build community and grow throughout their college journey.

The vision is becoming reality at Ashley Landing!

Since breaking ground, progress hasn’t slowed as our team continues advancing across this transformative 35-acre mixed-use development. From grading and utility installation to storm drainage and underground infrastructure, each milestone brings the project one step further!

Led by EDENS in partnership with the City of Charleston, Ashley Landing will bring together retail, restaurants, multifamily housing, townhomes, and community green space to create a vibrant new gathering place for West Ashley.

We’re proud to help lay the groundwork for a project that will serve the community for generations to come.

From jobsite visits and teammate experiences, to building relationships and gaining real-world knowledge, they’ve been an incredible part of the Trident Construction team. We’re grateful for the energy, curiosity, and hard work they brought to every day!

We are proud to share that the South Carolina Aquarium’s new Discovery Gallery is open, and we are honored to have played a role in bringing this exciting new experience to the Lowcountry. The gallery’s debut exhibit, Jurassic Seas, invites visitors to step back into the Late Cretaceous Period through interactive learning, immersive displays, and larger-than-life prehistoric marine creatures. The Discovery Gallery was designed to create new opportunities for exploration and education. Thank you to our long-term partners at the Aquarium and our project team for trusting us with this special project.

We recently hosted an appreciation lunch at our Frankie’s Fun Park project to thank our project team, trade partners, and design team for their hard work and dedication. We’re grateful for the strong relationships that make each project more meaningful and for the people who continue to bring collaboration, commitment, and excellence to the job site every day.
