We are seeking a Construction Quality Control Manager to join our team! You will implement and manage a quality control program.
Responsibilities:
-Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
-Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
-Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
-Prepare Quality Control reports and other required documentation
-Maintain high standards of workmanship that ensure adherence to original plans and specifications
-Manage multiple projects outside of CQM responsibilities
Qualifications:
-5 years or more previous experience in construction management or other related fields, specifically CQM experience preferred.
-Experience on Federal Government projects required
-USACE CQM certification or the ability to obtain certification
-Familiarity with construction management software
-Strong leadership qualities
-Strong negotiation skills
-Deadline and detail-oriented
-Ability to obtain credentials to access Federal Government Facilities
