About four months in and tracking well toward the overall completion date. Just another two years to go.

Project Update: One Vendue Range

Structural repair work is underway at One Vendue Range, with project completion currently scheduled for December 2.

The scope includes repairs to nine columns across the property. Our team is removing CMU at the affected column locations and replacing it with new cast-in-place reinforced concrete columns.

Temporary shoring and cribbing mats are being installed to support the structure throughout the repair process. On Building 2, work is progressing across four columns, with Column 5 representing the most extensive repair area.

Protection has also been installed throughout the work areas to help safeguard existing finishes and handrails. Additional structural steel will be added as work progresses to provide support where required.

Building 4 will follow as the project continues.
