BIG NEWS AT Pinnacle Construction & Directional Boring, Inc. = GROWTH with our Charleston, S Carolina based operation now serving all of EASTERN SOUTH CAROLINA.

A 20 year established HDD services provider is hiring multiple crew positions to staff for new work with new* (& expanded role) and existing customers. We will have some promotions in-house, add additional crews and that will also create several new openings. Our fleet currently consists of 12 HDD units; 40k capacity.

All positions are FT Mon-Fri, LOCAL (not travel package) positions. Traveling individuals are welcome to apply; we offer substantial relocation reimbursements - just not continuous hotel / per diem.

More than 95% of all work is local to the Charleston, SC area ~50-75 mile radius so you are home every night. Occasionally, a crew happens to be sent out of town (occasional means in-state, normally for 2 days but not normally for more than a few days / week). Either way, weekends are for family, friends, spous, sons and daughters.

All positions include full benefits : paid Vacation, Paid Sick, Group Health, Group Dental, Vision assistance, AFLAC, Life Insurance, COMPANY MATCHED IRA Retirement plan, plus multiple allowances (phone, uniform, tools(if pre-approved and required)). We operate a fully logo’d & GPS monitored fleet of trucks.

Positions include :
HDD Operator (CDL will be req’d),
HDD Groundsmen (valid Drivers License req’d).
Limited possibility of HDD labor hand (non drivers).
Experienced HDD foremen / Supervisor are encouraged to apply also - but be prepared to work under another foreman / Supervisor temporarily while learning our systems & processes. We will make certain you are trained for success with our customers.
HDD trained mechanic : we have one opening for an additional HDD experienced diesel / gas / hydraulic mechanic. Standard mechanic tools required. Truck provided.

*Operators : operate HDD unit, Vac, Mixer, Reclaimer, Fusion Equip, Min-Ex, AND Locators (HDD & EM/ GPR utility). No roles are exclusive to one task. All teams cross train to ensure promotions can occur. Open Shop - not union based.

Electric, Gas, Water, Sewer preferred Comms experience acceptable - but we are not doing comm work.

Electric Line Construction / Lineworker (no OH, UG only) experience is also desirable - must be experienced with wire pulling, terminating AND switching; not necessarily Hot Line Tagging.

Also looking to fill one Utility Administration role. This will be an office position with ticket management, project document management, and crew tracking responsibilities reporting to the General Manager / Office Administrator. (FILLEDAS OF FRIDAY)
