From our family to yours, we want to take a few moments to wish everyone a very Happy Thanksgiving. As we spend time with our loved ones and reflect on all we have to be grateful for, let’s also remember those who can’t be home today.
Please keep in your thoughts the men and women deployed in our Armed Forces, as well as the first responders—fire, police, and medical personnel—who are serving their communities instead of celebrating with their families. Along with us, take a few moments to pray for these families who are missing someone they love.
Know that we will continue to be here for you.

🚗 BSC Parking Situation 🚗
Having to show up super early, leave late, and even lose the ability to take your unpaid 30-minute lunch just to make it through the parking situation is not acceptable. This disruption could have been planned for better.

Instead of addressing the real issue, you’re being handed anti-union talking points. Feels like the focus is more on discouraging conversation than actually fixing the problem.

Curious to hear how others are managing this and what you think should have been done differently.

It is your federally protected right to sign a Union Authorization Card. These cards are highly confidential, and BSC does not have legal access to see who filled them out; they are securely held by your Union Organizer and the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), the federal agency responsible for overseeing your secret ballot election. Signing an Authorization Card is not the same as a membership form. By filling out your Authorization Card, you are expressing your desire to have the opportunity to vote on whether or not to Unionize, which is an important step towards ensuring that your voice is heard and your rights are protected. Embrace this opportunity, you deserve better.
