Fixed it but couldn't save ceiling before whatever came through. Company that installed has A/H on wood in water in pan in attic because A drain was clogged B didn't install safety float switch. Return had fell off because it was only taped nomastic &support. Also fixing &sealing duct was sweating after I installed safety, clear both drains, of course braised return. Supply has collars moved and some patches only tape not d/b cut out or 1 piece of tape. Will put blocks under unit asap and finally installed a tstat that 4yrs ago should had been changed. Old mercury slide bars as off and heat strip not working because of wiring. After install and service by this company, I'd watch want u thinks a deal b/c price. Lowest ain't always the best quality.
