📄 Nicole (Nikki) is stepping into the role of Technical Coordinator. With a background in creative writing and communications, Nikki helps write, review, and edit client agreements, project reports, and much more.

🔢Stephanie is our Accounting and Administrative Specialist. Equipped with organizational and financial management skills, she will assist with tracking, billing, payroll, insurance renewals, and compliance tasks.

Together, Nikki and Stephanie are adding capacity to our Administrative Resources team so we can best support the behind-the-scenes work that powers our engineering and surveying projects.

Last week, members of our team attended the ribbon cutting ceremony for the new recycling center at the Tamworth Transfer Station in Tamworth, NH. HEB provided structural design and an existing features survey for the facility, which significantly expands the amount of material Tamworth can divert from the waste stream.

Meet Carley Dykstra, HEB’s newest Staff Civil Engineer! 👋

Carley brings more than seven years of experience planning, designing, and constructing municipal water, wastewater, and stormwater projects to her new role. She supports the continued growth of HEB’s water and wastewater services, working with public and private clients on projects that strengthen essential infrastructure.

Originally from New Jersey, Carley fell in love with New England while attending Worcester Polytechnic Institute and now proudly calls the White Mountains home. Outside of work, you’ll find Carley running, hiking, biking, skiing, or sitting down with a podcast or audiobook while knitting.

It’s been a busy season at HEB. We’re grateful that our 2026 summer interns were here to support our Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, and Land Surveying Teams in the office and in the field. HEB Summer Shindig 2026 🌞

Last Friday, we put our Out of Office messages on and headed to Gorham, NH, for HEB’s annual Summer Shindig. We hit the ORV trails around Jericho Mountain State Park to explore miles of wilderness, take in great views, and charge through mud puddles. Afterward, we went to Big Day Brewing for a picnic plus a few rounds of co****le and disc golf. We couldn’t have asked for better weather or better company!
