This barn was at risk of collapsing, so we stepped in to give it a new life.

We elevated and secured the structure, poured a new concrete floor, and repurposed wood from the barn to build interior rooms and staircases. What was once deteriorating space is now set up for more efficient car parking and storage, while keeping the character of the original barn.

A great example of saving what’s there and making it useful again.

New structural beam is in and fully secured. This old barn has been saved, and now it’s time to put everything back together recreating the original look and character as closely as possible. Reach out for your next project needs

Barn structural repair is moving along. Temporary shoring is in place, and the new concrete footings have been poured for the permanent supports. Next step is getting the new structural framing installed and bringing this barn back where it needs to be.

NEXT PROJECT INCOMING

Taking on this old barn/garage and correcting some existing structural deficiencies.

We’ll be installing a new engineered beam to properly support the ridge and opening up the interior to create a more functional garage layout with room for tandem vehicle parking.

A lot of structural work going into this one. Stay tuned for the progress and transformation.

Out with the old, in with the new. 💪

We excavated the front yard to replace a failing sewer line and took the opportunity to rebuild part of the retaining wall that was affected during the process. Everything tied back together clean, solid, and built to last.

Big shoutout to Neal’s Precision Plumbing for teaming up with us on this one — always a solid partnership getting the job done right.
