Forms are set, underground plumbing almost done, Rebars are set with a little more to go and also install all the hold downs and tie downs.

🚨🚨‼️‼️ This is why, before the blueprints are even completed…
For us, it is mandatory to do a Preliminary Site Preparation so that all elevations, slopes etc… Are Perfect. Aaaand it’ll never turn into a change order for the clients or as a contractor, eat that cost… in the middle of the build.

Like with everything else, preparation is EVERYTHING! Especially for New Construction.
