Another premium comfort system in the books! π‘βοΈ
We just installed a Lennox EL18KCV β an 18.9 SEER2 variable-capacity air conditioner with a matched Lennox furnace and coil. This isn't your typical on/off AC. It's a communicating system with 65 stages of cooling, which means it constantly adjusts its output to match exactly what your home needs.
Why does that matter?
π§ DEEPER DEHUMIDIFICATION β Instead of blasting cold air for 10 minutes and shutting off, this system runs longer, gentler cycles at lower capacity. That extended run time pulls significantly more moisture out of the air. In our humid Kansas City summers, that's the difference between a house that feels cool and a house that feels COMFORTABLE. Less humidity means you can actually set the thermostat a couple degrees higher and still feel great β which saves even more on your bill.
π‘οΈ EVEN TEMPERATURES β No more hot spots upstairs or cold blasts when the system kicks on. The unit ramps up and down smoothly, holding your temperature within a fraction of a degree.
π€« WHISPER QUIET β Running at low speed most of the time means you'll barely know it's on, inside or out.
β‘ EFFICIENCY β At 18.9 SEER2, it sips electricity compared to older 10-13 SEER units. Most of the day it's coasting at low capacity instead of running full-tilt.
Thinking about an upgrade before the real heat hits? Give KC Prestige HVAC a call β we'll walk you through your options with zero pressure.
