Meet Tom, owner of Brown Dog Builders. Tom has lived in North Kingstown for over 35 years and brings more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry. His hands-on approach, attention to detail, and commitment to collaboration have helped build a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship and clear communication from start to finish.
Working alongside Tom is his daughter Kathryn, the company’s project manager. With a degree in interior design, Kathryn plays a key role in guiding projects from concept through completion, ensuring each space is both functional and thoughtfully designed while keeping projects organized and on track.
Brown Dog Builders is a full-service design build company specializing in residential renovations. By managing both design and construction under one roof, their process creates a seamless experience for homeowners, whether the project is a kitchen remodel, bath renovation, or a whole-home transformation.
