We continue to celebrate by sharing the stories of some of the Black-owned businesses we are proud to support!
Hammer Heads, LLC, led by owners Nickole and Rolando Diaz, is a full-service construction company specializing in new builds and renovations. The pair founded the business together after Rolando, having spent years in the industry, recognized a demand for reliable, high-quality construction services. Over the past year, Hammer Heads has grown exponentially, including securing contracts with the Department of Veterans Affairs, through which Hammer Heads has proudly built homes for disabled veterans.
Recently, the two also founded Transformation Circle, a nonprofit dedicated to financial literacy, education, and overall success and development. Through education and targeted financial empowerment initiatives, they are working to bridge wealth gaps and create opportunities for long-term financial stability.
