Story from a system install last week.

I had to rent a crane to get the old condenser out of the fenced in back yard and get the new condenser in place. The crane was still set up and I was helping him with the disassembly. A lady came out of a house in the cul-de-sac and angrily said "Who is going to clean up the garbage?". "Umm, what garbage?" "That AC unit. There are kids that live in this street and you can't just dump it there!" " My love, once the crane is out of the way, I will drive my trailer round and remove the condenser unit. I can't really move it right this second because we are still taking the crane down!" "Okay, as long as it's not just left there. There are kids that play in this street and I was just making sure."

Yes, this really happened! The crane was still set up and who would of thought that it was then necessary to appease one very angry complaining lady!
