This Saturday (6/20/26) is Parade Day! Come grab a FREE snow cone! Snowball Express will be here at 620 E 4th St (across from NAPA). We will have shade tents up and porta-potties. Just bring your own chair and come enjoy the parade with us. One FREE snow cone per person. No dogs this year please.

Many companies require hail repairs to be completed within 1 year from the date of loss. That means 7/23/2026 is the deadline for many claims. If you have recoverable depreciation, you need to finish repairs or have a signed contract so that you don't forfeit your second insurance check. Class 3 shingles provide a 20% insurance premium rate discount with most companies. These are the lowest class of shingles we put on. We don't put on "30-year shingles" any longer because they are given an ACV Schedule after roof age 10. Replace your roof with us and receive a NO-COST UPGRADE to Class 3 shingles. If you let your roof age out to 10-years then you are on the hook for paying almost 50% of the roof out-of-pocket. This is because insurance companies started placing ACV Schedules on roofs in 2025. That stands for "Actual Cash Value". North Platte has had 9 hail storms in the last 3 years. Replacing your roof for hail starts the 10-year clock over. We put on Class 3 shingles at a minimum for no additional charge - that REMOVES the 10-year time clock. You have RCV ("Replacement Cost Value") for the life of the roof. Roofs 10 years old and older get ACV Schedules. That means you no longer have full replacement cost. On a 10 year old roof, you pay 44% of the roof replacement out-of-pocket. The older it is, the more you pay. Regular roof inspections catch hail before your roof ages out. We put on Impact Resistant shingles for no additional cost - this eliminates the 10-year ACV Schedule.
