I'm sorry to make this post but it's that time of year to start planning for the next season ❄️🥶.

Now is the time to be planning your snowplowing for this winter season. Book now to get on my regular route. No need to call every time it snows, hassle free and easy payment options.

The customers who are on my route for the season get snow plowed first at a fixed price for the season. They also get a better price for hard pack removal at the end of the season.

After I snow plow my route, I start doing the call outs, these are at a different price then the customer who got on my regular route.

For a better rate for snow plowing, get on someone's schedule (there are many great companies out there) for the season instead of doing call outs all winter long after each snow fall. Plan ahead and book now for better rates.

My service area is Fairbanks (in town), North Pole to Moose Creek.

Replace another door at some apartments.

Removed the old door. It was trimmed out with MDF board (when this gets wet it just swells up and needs to be replaced), the old door was a special order and 2 inches shorter. The new door would not fit. I had to rotor drill out the cement to get the door to fit. Installed new fiberglass door with PVC trim. More cement need to be shipped out to get trim to fit on the top part of the inside door. I'm going to get metal flashing made to fit in there. Then that will give the door plenty of room to open. Silicone and caulked everything.

Larson's locksmith will install new locks and re-key to match the old locks.

Replace an exterior door on some apartments. The old door and jamb was not in the best shape and trimmed out with MDF board.

Removed the old door. There were areas with no spray foam. There was also no sealant on the threshold. The door had some major leak issues. Installed a new fiberglass door. Installed PVC around the door on the inside. Silicone and caulked all the needed areas.

Larson's Locksmith will be installing new locks and re-keying to match the original lock.

I've been working on this house over the past 3 summers. Removed 3 patio doors, framed in the wall, installed new windows and doors.

This trip I replaced the 3 upper windows. Removed the old windows, installed new Nordic windows, installed outside trim and stained. Stained inside trim and installed. The bathroom window is obscured type glass, light comes in but cannot see in or out. No longer need window blinds.

It's been a busy summer and I'm forgetting to make posts. Here is a job I did a few weeks ago.

Installed the bottom boards at the base of the fence to keep the dog in the yard. Trimmed up the bottom of the fence and stapled it to the new boards. Their little puppy is so cute.

As you have probably already heard, Aurora Energy Solutions is closing by the end of the year. I highly recommend trying to find firewood now and stocking up. With supply and demand, ready to burn firewood is going to be really expensive this winter. Ugh 😞
