We just finished up a small renovation. New bathrooms, Flooring in bed rooms, Baseboards throughout the entire home, bunch of drywall repair, Fresh coat of paint, New light fixtures and fans. Doesn't take to much to make a home feel New again!!!!

Some progress pictures of another renovation we are starting. Full home renovation, had a lot of damage from hurricane Ian. Luckily didn't get any new damage from the recent hurricane to roll through yesterday.

Totally new floor plan with a covered lanai addition in the back. We have made it through demolition and have begun framing. Vaulting the living room ceiling and reframing the rest.

Just finished up another interior refinish. We do all jobs big or small and are always willing to help correct mistakes ...

Just finished up another interior refinish. We do all jobs big or small and are always willing to help correct mistakes made from previous companies.

Reworked the 2 bedrooms all the drywall needed a fresh coat of mud over all seems and corners along with new texture and got all the insulation into the walls and attic that was left out due to corners being cut by the previous company. New baseboards and quarter round at the floors and fresh paint. New ceiling fans and blinds to finish it off.

Well that's a wrap, Customers home is back to 100% after suffering a good amount of damage from hurricane Ian. Toughest ...

Well that's a wrap, Customers home is back to 100% after suffering a good amount of damage from hurricane Ian. Toughest part of the job was waiting on the permit to be approved. It's a bit of a wait with how many homes are going through the same process down here.

Here are some before and after pictures of the entire process. We can take care of anything you may need done.

We are new to Florida, Residential builders and remodelers but definitely not new to the industry. Originally from Colorado where we have done just about every kind of Residential build you can think of. From New custom homes to additions, remodels and everything in between.

We are just getting started down here so the page will be slow at first but will pick up speed before the year is over. hope you follows us on our new journey and all the builds here in Florida.
