Started as a repair, lots of uncovered rotten siding and cedar trim boards.( By the way no longer can get 9 or 10' T-111 12" on center rough sawn plywood siding), we installed wood grain texture pvc trim boards with flashing had to redesign and add a bottom freeze board to make 8' sheets work and it look right. The lift from Equipment Source in Englewood made the difference with this job. Another quality job executed on Palm Island.
Stairs in the pic are next week.
