*Seeking experience carpenter, handyman, skilled person who will be responsible for updating, renovating & remodeling apartments and single family houses.

*Experienced in Carpentry, framing, installing molding, installing door, drywall, painting, installing laminate/vinyl plank flooring, installing tile & other construction skills to help renovate houses and update apartments and houses.

* 8 hours per day ( 8am – 4pm or 7am -3pm depending on a project).

* Ability to work independently & with others.

* Strong work ethic, hard worker, honest and reliable.

* Valid ID, reliable transportation & Own tools (preferred)

* Valid Driver license & Phone.

* The contractor will be paid as 1099 or W2 employee.
